From South & West to Research Office Building

  • I-376 East through the Fort Pitt Tunnels
  • Take the Monroeville exit continuing on I-376 East
  • Take the Oakland exit to Forbes Ave.
  • Left on McKee Place
  • Cross the intersection of Fifth Ave. onto Darragh St.
  • Right on Allequippa St. (At University of Pittsburgh Trees Hall)
  • Pass Peterson Event Center and make a left at the stop sign as if you are turning into VAPHS Staff Garage entrance
  • Follow signs to Research Office Building

North

From North to Research Office Building

  • I-579 South over Veterans Bridge
  • Follow signs for I-376 East (Monroeville)
  • Merge on the Blvd. of the Allies
  • Exit left on to Forbes Ave.
  • Left on McKee Place
  • Cross the intersection of Fifth Ave. onto Darragh St.
  • Right onto Allequippa St. (At Trees Hall)
  • Pass Peterson Event Center and make a left at the stop sign as if you are turning into VAPHS Staff Garage entrance

  • I-376 West through the Squirrel Hill Tunnels
  • Take the Oakland exit
  • Right on Bates St.
  • Left on McKee Place
  • Cross the intersection of Fifth Ave. onto Darragh St.
  • Right on Allequippa St. (At Trees Hall)
  • Pass Peterson Event Center and make a left at the stop sign as if you are turning into VAPHS Staff Garage entrance
  • Follow signs to Research Office Building

Research Office Building visitors should park in the VAPHS parking garage and first check in with VA police for a vendor badge.
